Video tours are used for both for sale and for lease properties all the time. ABCvideoTours provides full service video tours and agent narration of property features for all luxury properties. We use the highest quality Canon HD cameras and wide angle lenses. Plus we have enough lighting equipment to handle 10,000 square foot residences.
As part of our overall strategy we create several variants of the property video, so that everyone can view from a high-light tour to full featured video treatments. This allows for the quick-look viewer to get their version and lets the very interested buyer to view the full property in its best detail. As an example we produced a video for a 9,000 SQ.FT. that was approximately 20 minutes long.
